In collaboration with leading universities in Taiwan, we have developed optimized fan blade geometries. Unlike the traditional method of selecting blades based on the fixed speed of induction motors, our approach leverages the stepless variable speed of BLDC motors to precisely match blade characteristics. This results in maximized airflow efficiency and reduced noise. Additionally, BLDC motors are typically one frame size smaller than induction motors of equivalent power, minimizing airflow obstruction and enabling smoother air passage.

Conventional induction motors are susceptible to speed fluctuations caused by voltage instability, turbulence, or backpressure, leading to inconsistent airflow and poor temperature control. Our BLDC system ensures precise speed control for consistent performance.

Limited Cooling Effect #

We have introduced twin-fluid atomization technology that produces ultra-fine mist droplets. These droplets disperse quickly and evenly, absorbing heat and evaporating rapidly to accelerate cooling—without increasing ambient humidity. The fine mist allows the twin-fluid nozzle to operate twice as long as conventional nozzles with the same water volume, reducing the need for frequent refills.
