Co-Designed Motors and Fan Blades: A New Approach #
In collaboration with leading Taiwanese universities, we have developed optimized fan blade geometries. Unlike the traditional method of selecting blades based on the fixed speed of induction motors, our approach leverages the stepless variable speed of BLDC motors to precisely match blade characteristics. This results in maximized airflow efficiency and minimized noise. Additionally, BLDC motors are typically one frame size smaller than induction motors of equivalent power, reducing airflow obstruction and promoting smoother air passage.

Traditional induction motors require different core sizes for varying power ratings (for example, 200W and 400W models). In contrast, our high-efficiency BLDC motors can cover a wide power range within the same physical size. By adjusting winding parameters and magnet grade, and pairing with controllers of different output levels, a single motor model can support multiple applications. This greatly reduces the number of product variants and simplifies inventory management.

Unstable Airflow #
Conventional induction motors are susceptible to speed fluctuations caused by voltage instability, turbulence, or backpressure, leading to inconsistent airflow and suboptimal temperature control. Our BLDC systems provide precise speed control for consistent performance.
Excessive Energy Consumption #
Induction motors often operate with low efficiency, especially when paired with poorly designed fan blades and airflow channels. This can result in significant energy loss, hidden operational costs, increased mechanical load, and frequent maintenance.
Limited Cooling Effect #
Traditional cooling fans primarily rely on airflow to reduce temperature, which can limit their effectiveness. Our twin-fluid atomization technology produces ultra-fine mist droplets that disperse quickly and evenly, absorbing heat and evaporating rapidly to accelerate cooling—without increasing ambient humidity. The fine mist allows the twin-fluid nozzle to operate twice as long as conventional nozzles with the same water volume, reducing refill frequency.
Noise and Vibration Issues #
Many fans on the market use generic blades with induction motors, resulting in a mismatch between motor speed and blade characteristics. This often leads to excessive noise and vibration. Induction motors, operating at fixed speeds, may also run within the system’s resonance frequency range, which can accelerate wear on bearings and shorten the product’s lifespan.
